FABRICATION
E.C.I. can produce up to 400 ton structural steel and miscellaneous metals packages. Handrail and guardrail projects range in price from $75,000 to $900,000. Our sweet spot is projects between $200,000 and $6,000,000.
SHOP DRAWINGS & DETAILING
Our team provides full-service detailing and shop drawings for each project. The process often starts with hand sketches. Our shop drawing turn around is 2-3 weeks, based on the magnitude of the project. Detailing is the first step in our Quality Assurance program.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION BUDGETING
Our pre-construction services offer our clients the benefit of our combined 100 years of experience in fabrication, erection, and rigging. Our team offers services including crane planning and best practice installation for even the most challenging designs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project management team, like our field team, has decades of experience in steel fabrication, erection, and rigging. Our team has delivered projects up to $8,000,000.
FACILITIES
E.C.I. is in the process of moving into a larger plant (25,000 square foot) with five acres for future expansion. We provide the highest quality – from receiving through fabrication and project completion. Everything is done with meticulous adherence to AISC standard processes and procedures.
Our welders are all AWS certified, and nothing leaves our shop without undergoing the most rigorous Quality Assurance protocols in the industry. Our equipment is all state of the art, and we are always investing in the best new people and technology to ensure a cutting-edge product.
